Located just west of the Las Vegas Strip is a true oasis in the desert called simply "The Lakes". You may find it interesting that the company uses "The Lakes, Nevada" as its mailing address to avoid having the negative appearance of credit card payments going to Las Vegas.
The Lakes is close to all major highways including: U.S. 95, I-15, Summerlin Parkway and the 215 Beltway. For condo owners with children, there are a number of good public, private and parochial schools in the area.
